Shanti - Where Love Heals

Shanti Sewa Griha is a German non-profit organisation addressing the medical and educational needs of people living under acute poverty and terminal illnesses. In addition, they provide livelihood opportunities for destitute communities in developing contexts. As part of their outreach efforts and under the guidance of acclaimed documentary filmmaker Mahiema Anand, the team and I directed, edited, and published short feature films dubbed in three languages (German, English, and Nepali) on YouTube, highlighting personal and individual stories of trial, tribulation, grit, and determination of those at Shanti Sewa Griha and elsewhere throughout Nepal.
